AIPPM

The All India Political Parties Meet is a committee thematized around saving building consensus among the political parties on a contentious issue and save the resources of the parliament. The committee is adjudicated by a Moderator who does not have a direct involvement in the matter of the debate but only in the conduction of it. A committee of similar nature has been convened by the Prime Minister on various issues like the India China dispute regarding the Galwan valley, the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Bill, 2017 to name a few.

The committee was also envisioned to bring to the table different stakeholders from a vast political spectrum and be a part of a quicker and an efficient decision making process.

The documentation in this committee is not limited to any particular type of legislation and can also include press releases too. All India Political Parties Meet does not have a fixed set of rules of procedures and is a totally discussion driven committee.
