Awards & Recognition Policy
We aim to offer an engaging and educational experience for all participants in this simulation focusing on international relations, public speaking, and high-stakes diplomacy. Our goal is for attendees to leave as informed global citizens. We also recognize outstanding contributions with individual and delegation awards presented by the secretariat at the conference's end. Each committee director and staff will evaluate criteria such as diplomacy, public speaking, collaboration, attendance, willingness to compromise, and topic knowledge to determine individual awards. Skills in resolution writing, debate, and caucusing will also be assessed. Delegate awards will be given in the following order: Best Delegate High Commendation Special Mention The number of awards in each category may vary at the discretion of the Secretariat. All decisions regarding awards are final and binding.
General Guidelines
Eligibility
The PMUN 2024 is open for students of classes 06th - 12th.
Conduct
•Delegates are expected to consistently represent the policies and advocate for the interests of the positions assigned to them.
• Delegates must also respect the opinions and ideas of fellow delegates.
• Delegates should collaborate with their peers when possible, remain courteous and professional at all times, and attend all committee sessions.
Dress
Participants at the conference shall be required to adhere to the following dress code policy:
Day 1 - All Black Western Formals
Day 2 - Indian Formals
